Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026. This is a starter policy for the site as delivered. Review and update it to accurately reflect your actual analytics, advertising, email and consent setup before launch.

Calculator data

The calculator runs in your browser. Your timesheet entries and pay settings are stored in your browser’s local storage to make repeat use easier. They are not sent by the calculator to a HourVello application server. You may clear them using Reset and your browser’s site-data controls.

Hosting data

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

This starter version does not load Google Analytics or advertising scripts. If those are enabled, we will update this policy and provide required disclosures and consent choices, including region-appropriate consent management, before collecting data or serving personalized advertising.

Use our contact page for privacy inquiries. The site owner must add a real contact method prior to public launch.
